Palmachim’s initial capacity of 82,190 m³/day has been expanded three times to reach 272,190 m³/day, all within a remarkably compact 7.4-acre footprint. Delivered under a 25-year BOO contract, it remains the only Israeli desalination plant that will stay in private hands after contract completion.

* Upgraded with PX energy recovery devices, replacing older Pelton wheels
