The Acre WWTP, situated near the historic city of Acre in Western Galilee, serves as a vital facility for wastewater collection and treatment for surrounding municipalities and councils. This plant’s upgrade has increased its capacity to 36,000 m³/day, marking it as one of Israel’s largest wastewater treatment facilities.
Dekel Infrastructure, a subsidiary of BlueGen Ltd. and YSB Group, has been awarded a tender to construct and operate a state-of-the-art municipal solid waste sorting facility at Hiriya Recycling Park. This new facility is designed to process 1,300 tons of waste daily, accounting for approximately 43% of the waste generated by the city of Tel Aviv.
