The Palmachim SWRO desalination plant, covering a 322,000 sq ft (7.5-acre) area in southern Israel, serves as a crucial initiative to address drinking water scarcity. With a targeted annual capacity of 100 million cubic meters and a daily output of 300,000 cubic meters (MLD), this large-scale facility is a significant contributor, alongside Israel’s other four desalination facilities, in meeting water demands in the region.
