Bluegen Water Solution: To address the refinery’s rigorous standards for water quality and operational efficiency, a comprehensive water treatment solution was implemented. This included the deployment of double RO pass desalination and continuous electro-deionization (CEDI) polishing units. The plant, designed to produce 190,000 m³/year of pure water, supports boiler feed requirements, achieves a high recovery ratio, maximizes water reuse, and ensures compliance with stringent environmental regulations.
Achieving conductivity lower than 0.1 μs/cm and silica below 0.05 ppm to meet the specific needs of boiler feed water and gas turbine injection systems.
